CEO & Founder
- Internationally experienced leader with over 16 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry in areas such as Engineering, Validation & Qualification, GMP Compliance, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing.
- Co-founder and former COO of Holigen, a Portuguese GMP-licensed Medicinal Cannabis licensed producer.
- Project lead for CapEx projects up to € 18 million in major international pharmaceutical players.
- Expert in Medicinal Cannabis industry that has led and delivered a Medicinal Cannabis company and its facilities fully licensed for cultivation and GMP manufacturing of medicinal cannabis.
- One of the organizers of the Conference Medical Cannabis Europe, conference that gathers every year in Portugal, the largest representatives of the industry in Portugal.
- Highly driven and motivated leader experienced in business strategic thinking, building High Performance Teams and business consulting (executive and governance levels).
Nuno Santos
Business Manager - Pharma
- Chemist with a post-graduation in business administration with over 15 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) development to drug product manufacturing.
- Quality Assurance professional with vast hands-on experience in production, project management, auditing, inspection and leading the approval of the licensing of pharmaceutical facilities by national and international regulatory bodies.
- Project Manager for manufacturing of Drug Product owned by world’s top 5 pharmaceutical players.
- Experience with Medicinal Cannabis, API, oral and parenteral Drug Product.
- Leader Strongly committed to develop team members towards creation of high-performance teams.
Ana Pereira
Project Manager
- Chemist with a PhD in Biotechnology and a specialization in Management of Programs and Projects with over 10 years’ experience in diverse industries, including more than 5 years in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experienced Project Manager with PMP Certification, by the Project Management Institute, active since January 2016.
- Has managed several Drug Substance development and manufacturing projects, owned by major pharmaceutical players.
- Volunteer tutor in the Program “PMI at Schools” from 2016 to 2022 where she worked with different teachers and schools with the goal of sharing knowledge in Project Management to kids of all ages.
- Member of PM Portugal Toastmasters Club since 2020 working on the development of her communication and leadership skills.
- Leader committed to create a collaborative environment on her teams.
