Verônica Martins Ramos has now begun working with Stepscience, as our new Quality Consultant.
Verônica is Brazilian and has recently moved to Portugal. Holding a degree in Pharmacy and a postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Verônica gathers over 10 years in experience within the pharmaceutical industry – “Throughout my career, I have developed solid expertise in Quality Systems, with a focus on Document Management and Training Programs, contributing directly to operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.”
Verônica is known for her ease of learning, analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal relationships, being able to work collaboratively and strategically in multidisciplinary teams, always focusing on assertive decisions and the continuous improvement of processes and results. Being a routine oriented person, Verônica notes that punctuality and responsibility are her biggest strengths.

Verônica is a person who enjoys getting out of her routine “I love visiting new places, such as restaurants, museums and parks, always with family or friends”. While not working, she will most likely be working out, eating out, or simply being at home watching movies.
For the near future, Veronica intends to improve her English, to further improve her ability to communicate with confidence, and thus being able to explore other new opportunities and improving professionally.
As for the future of pharmaceutical and life sciences, Veronica strongly believes in the future of the industry – “In addition to advances in the creation of medicines, the equipment used in research, testing and production is also evolving rapidly. More modern and automated machines are making processes faster, safer, and more precise. With the support of technology, we realize that this contributes to faster innovations, reduced costs and higher quality in the products offered.”
