Sameh Eissa is our new team member. Having come all the way from Egypt, he has now joined our team as a new CQV Engineer. For now, Sameh has been ensured with the qualification of Water systems, and HVAC Systems.
Sameh has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and through his career, he has always been focused on producing results – Sameh has gathered over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, “managing Validation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; developing and implementing Qualification validation protocols, performing risk assessments, and maintaining robust quality management systems”.
His path came across Stepscience for our “proven track record in delivering tailored, high-impact solutions across the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors”. For Sameh, our team can “blend technical knowledge with strategic insights, helping clients meet regulatory requirements, optimize processes, and bring products to the market more efficiently.”
When he first began his new role at Stepscience, he was filled with excitement and optimism! Having vast experience in the area, Sameh reflects on a couple important aspects in his work life.
