Meet Ricardo,
Ricardo de Lacerda Aquino is a Brazilian Chemical Engineer, graduated in University of Brasília. He has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for the past 3 years, most of this period in Computer System Validation (CSV). He is now taking the role of CSV Engineer at Stepscience.
Ricardo decided to join our team as he is seeking new challenges in his career and also, he wanted international experience. In his first days working at Stepscience he found a well structured company, which reflects the large experience of the team. Teamwork, ethics, integrity and good work conditions are the values most important to him at work, and that Ricardo has found here at Stepscience.
Currently he is focused on “delivering projects on time to improve work efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.”
On his time off Ricardo loves all kind of sports and outdoor activities. Also, he enjoys visiting other places, countries, and cultures. His greatest strengths are problem solving, teamwork, quick learning.
