Meet Nuno,
Nuno Filipe lives in Loures and has a degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, from FCT NOVA. He has started is career as a Software Engineer and he has recently joined Stepscience team as CSV Engineer.
He has chosen to work at Stepscience, as in his “opinion the best company to start enrolling in the pharmaceutical industry at it provides me all the necessary tools to thrive in this field.” Also, the company is investing in the employee’s training and tutoring, what he considers a key element, as Nuno enjoys a lot learning new things.
His first impression of Stepscience was that it has “a young and friendly environment where everybody likes to help one another.” Also, everybody is very versatile on the functions and tasks that can complete. At Stepscience Nuno has found the things he most values at the workplace: cooperation, kindness, respect, and rigor.
Nuno’s hobbies are playing football, going to the gym and according to his friend he is a good cook. His greatest strengths are being very responsible and having a good memorization capability. Nuno is also a very sympathetic person, he is respectful and dedicated to what he does every day, and he considers himself a fast learner. Besides “people say I have a really good sense of humour.”
On the short time, his goals are to learn as much as he can regarding his job and about the pharmaceutical industry.
In relation to Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industries, Nuno foresees “prosperous future in this area, especially in relation to Computer Systems Validation. The pharmaceutical industry was, is and will be always needed for all human beings and pets. As the world is changing at a fast pace, the pharmaceutical industry needs to evolve at a fast pace as well.”
