Meet Tainá,
Tainá Lôbo was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and she has recently moved to Portugal to join Stepscience team as CQV Engineer. She is a Pharmacist from UFRRJ and she has a Post-Graduation in Audit, Quality Management and Health Surveillance in the Industrial Chain, from Instituto Racine. She has worked for more than 5 years in the areas of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV).
From her first contact with Stepscience, she felt that the company values and objectives were aligned with her personal goals. Tainá values “recognition, challenges, communication, and alignment between team members.” At Stepscience the found all these values and a pleasant organizational environment.
Tainá professional goal is “to grow in a position that allows me to use my entire skill set rather than just a few of my abilities”. She would like to learn more about CQV and “to help Stepscience to become the best in industry.”
New emerging technologies, as for example, 3D printing will continue to evolve and Tainá believes they will impact the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. She believes that “our pharma industries will embrace new technologies and put a greater focus on prevention and digital health.”
Not everything has to do with work, Tainá enjoys reading romantic books and traveling. Her perfect day off is spend “outdoors, exploring and discovering new places, meeting friends and resting.”
