Meet Ana,
Ana Flávia Rodrigues was born in Mina Gerais, Brazil and recently moved to Portugal. She is a Pharmacist, graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with expertise in Computerized System Validation and Quality Assurance, and Good Practices within the life sciences sector.
Experience in the validation of systems such as embedded, laboratory, industrial automation, information, and cloud computing. Worked on projects to implement new systems and maintain the validated status (periodic review, maintenance, and improvements). As Quality Assurance, she has worked mostly as a technical documentation reviewer, also having the opportunity to perform other tasks, such as internal auditor, creation of SOPs, management of non-conformities, implementation of KPI metrics as well as she was responsible for providing training to the new employees.
Currently Ana is working in the client site, as part of their Quality Assurance Department, and she is involved with the verification of qualification protocols, before and after execution.
Harmony was the characteristic that most impressed Ana when she joined Stepscience team. “All people were very kind to me and made the process to move to Portugal easier.” She values team cooperation and daily learning, and there she found the right match between her expectations and the reality at Stepscience.
Outside work, Ana enjoys reading about different subjects and discover new places around the city. “I like to learn different things and I learn fast. So, I think, my curiosity, and desire to learn is a greatest strength.” Now that Ana has moved to Portugal, she wants to learn more about the country and about CSV. She trusts that topics like Data Governance, Information Security, Cyber Security and Data Integrity will continue to expand. As well as smart technologies (like machine learning) and technology services (like software, infrastructure as a service) will gain an increasing space within the Pharmaceutical and Life Science Industries.
