Rafaela Braga Diniz Coelho is Stepscience’s new CQV Engineer.
Coming from Brazil, Rafaela is a pharmacist with over 10 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry. She considers that the pharmacy industry was her school throughout her professional life – having started as a trainee and progressing all the way to becoming a leader and manager. She then migrated to the Life Science Consulting business, gaining experience in Quality Assurance, Qualification and Validation, and now she is part of Stepscience!
Rafaela is excited to learn new topics in the world of life science, and the innovations in the medical cannabis’ world, with all the ongoing regulatory updates. For her, it was Stepscience’s vision and recognition within the market that motivated her choice to join our team, followed by our multicultural space and dynamism in the exchange of knowledge. She believes in working to create customized innovation for each single partner, with excellence in quality and safety. Ever since she started this journey with Stepscience, she reflects, “I felt welcomed and realized that Step’s values and objectives were aligned with my professional and personal goals. These include recognition, growth, challenges, respectful communication, multicultural interaction, and alignment between the team and/or clients.”
On her days off, Rafaela will most likely be travelling, trying new foods, drinking and being with family and friends. She describes herself as flexible, easy to communicate, organized, focused and a team worker. Rafaela is also a very active person, “I like sports in general, especially football, volleyball and footvolley, I also like cooking, and I love coffee!”.
For now, Rafaela wishes to continue absorbing knowledge, “I want to continue learning, sharing lessons, and to be in contact with various work realities in search of internal and company growth. I want to be a reference for my colleagues and partners and become a team leader, supporting the growth and motivation of the people by my side.”
She is very hopeful in the Life Science’s and Pharmaceutical world’s future, “I see a market that is constantly aligning with innovations in technology and, consequently, with advances in legislation in search of continuous improvement.”.
